Store Evaluation

Carry this performance evaluation form on your Smartphone as you conduct a walk-through audit during the evaluation process.

You can customize the form to build your own store evaluation criteria such as including information about the buildings exterior and interior, level of customer service, and employee performance. Store evaluations can be conducted every month or whenever your management team deems appropriate to help improve customer satisfaction.

Include checklist items for employee evaluation such as their knowledge about the products and services, handling of customer complaints, and whether customers are treated with respect. When looking at the exterior consider whether the parking lot is well lit and well maintained, and for the interior if the store is clean and safe.
