Protection of Entry Personnel Onsite Survey

The purpose of this app is to confirm information form the offsite characterization. This information is then used to create a Site Safety Plan for site entry that details the work to be accomplished and addresses the procedures that concern the health and safety of the entry team. Because team members may be entering a largely unknown environment, caution and conservative actions are appropriate. This app can be accessed and completed using and smart device, and uses featured such as GPS to capture site locations and signature so surveyors can sign off on their findings. submissions from the field can be emailed in PDF format to the Admin, or the submissions can be accessed straight from the secure GoCanvas Cloud.
