The app creates a PDF version of the tag that is easy to submit via email. A germ is required on all ryegrasses, blue, sheep, and hard fescues, however a TZ test may be used toupdate old tests. Also, OECD does not combine tests - the purity and germ are required under one test number per lot. If lot has been moved from original warehouse untagged, a Movement is required to be on file. If lot was divided where the parent lot was untagged and moved to another warehouse, a Movement is required to be on file. If this lot has been tagged before (or if parent lot was tagged) and tags are being taken off and traded for new tags, please fill out a Re-Issue Request instead of using this form.
