This app is used to do a closing report at a home. The beginning of the app is certification that all parties involved know what the terms are, and they sign in approval. the rest of the app is full of drop downs with ratings for each areas of the house being inspected. After checking each room, interior and exterior, the User signs their name to confirm that all areas have been checked and documented properly.
