Ontario Public Pool Inspection Checklist (Canada)
The Ontario Public Pool Design Checklist (Canada) is a template designed for public pool maintenance specifically aimed at Ontario, although the form can be customized for any other province within Canada, or indeed for any other country.

The form contains a daily checklist (daily log checks, washroom and shower cleaning, pool deck cleaning, containers for garbage), and a weekly checklist divided into four parts - pool and enclosures, disinfection and chemicals, recirculating equipment, and safety equipment.
The checklist gives options for "OK" and "Action Required" - where action is required, a new text box is opened up to specify the action required for each point.
