A determination must be made as to whether the condition of the vehicle at the time of the inspection conforms to the requirements. The app inspects vehicle accelerator pedal / throttle actuator components and systems to determine compliance. The inspection consists of accelerator pedal / throttle actuator visual inspection activities and the completion of an on-road evaluation. An inspection will also involve testing, removal and/or disassembly of accelerator pedal / throttle actuator components, measurements and other actions in certain cases.
