The Awnings Work Bid is a template (also exports in pdf format) which allows for an awnings business to propose a bid to a client for work requested (metal awnings, retractable awnings, aluminum sidings, installation, repairs, servicing etc).

The bid includes the awnings company's address as well as the client's name and address. The bid states that the company proposes to supply all materials (fabric awnings, parts etc) and labor (employees, contractors etc) necessary to complete the work, and then details each line item of work to be completed, with a combined cost for labor and materials for each line. The form then has a total for all the work requested on the project, as well as signature fields for a representative of the awnings business, and one for a representative of the client requesting the work.
