The bid includes the drywall company's address as well as the client's name and address. The bid states that the company proposes to supply all drywall materials (drywall tape, sheetrock, wallboard, lime plaster, taping, drywall sheets, etc) and labor (drywall contractors, general contractors etc) necessary to complete the work, and then details each line item of work to be completed, with a total cost for labor and materials for each line. The form then has a total cost for all the work requested on the project, as well as signature fields for a representative of the drywall business, and one for a representative of the client requesting the work.
