California Used Oil Recycling Incentive Payment Claim

The California Used Oil Recycling Incentive Payment Claim app helps companies make claims for repayment of used motor oil. The form will be used to report the full amount of motor oil purchased or transported to a certified used oil recycling facility or storage facility during the reporting period. The used lubricating oil company will track the quantity of the oil collected from customers and generated on site.
The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery will remit payment for all biodiesel oil purchased off-site, oil collected from the do-it-yourself public, recycled oil, and/or generated onsite. The number of used oil filters, uncrushed oil drums, crushed oil drums, and other containers should also be listed on the form. The number of gallons for all recycled motor oil, new lubricate oil, waste motor oil, and other engine oils sent to a certified used oil collection center should be listed for each type of oil.
