The app user can authorize the person listed as their designee to act on my behalf in all matters regarding the requirements of the Dust Control Plan.

The designee is responsible until such time the plan is closed in accordance with county codes. The Designee is responsible for ensuring the contractor(s), subcontractor(s), and all other persons associated with the Project be certified and comply with the “Conditions of Plan”. They have full authorization to modify and close the Dust Control Plan for Construction Activities for my property. The Owner’s Designee mobile app allows you to replace your paper designee record with an Android, iPhone, tablet or Windows desktop computer. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as designee information, property owner's information, property physical information, company and captures the signature of owner/holder.
