The term of this Agreement (“Term”) shall commence on the effective date and shall expire on the first anniversary thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing: (a) the Term shall automatically renew for successive one year periods (each a “Renewal Term”), unless either party provides written notice to the other party no less than thirty (30) days before the expiration the then-current term that the Agreement will not be renewed, or unless sooner terminated under any other provision hereof; and (b) this Agreement shall be subject to termination at any time during the Term or any Renewal Term (as applicable) in accordance with Section 10 hereof.
