As a HACCP cooling temperature log, this app helps ensure food safety for perishable food including meat and poultry, in order to prevent foodborne illness and pathogen growth. Use this app to assess the critical limit for food temperature for meat product, fishery product, and any other potentially hazardous food, knowing at what point to take corrective action.
If no foods are cooled on any working day, indicate “No Foods Cooled” in the food Item column. A food service manager verifies that food service employees are cooling food properly by visually monitoring food service employees during the shift and then reviewing, initialing, and dating this log each working day. Maintain this log for a minimum of one year.
